1 Second Everyday, for the year of 2017, in the story of my life. 2017 was quiet but eventful: I got engaged, several of my friends got married, I hit some lifting and cycling milestones, and I spent a lot of time with family. 1 Second Everyday, for the year of 2016, in the story of my life. 2016 was kind to me: I got to spend time with friends. I continued to work for the best podcast on the planet. I went cycling, climbing, and hiking a lot. I traveled to California, went trekking in Nepal, chilled in Thailand. Spent lots of time with family and my SO.
